i have the worst burning tension in my shoulders and neck.... i cant take anything for it cuz im going for thyroid biopsies on wednesday and they told me i cant have any aspirin or ibuprofin for a week before the appt... what can i do?? anyone wanna give me a massage? how do those thermacare patch things work?? i think im gonna get some on the way home from work..

I hope you feel better. Another thing that works for me..I have bad back problems...is BENGAY. I know it smells kinda funky and is for old people, but it seriously works better than ANYTHING i've ever tried. Just be careful and don't use too much. They also have Bengay patches that work pretty well too.
