eta: we did hyatt place too and we had no problems. They handed out the oot bags and let us hang out in the lobby and order pizza and drink etc after the wedding. they also extended our deadline a day so that a few people could still get the reduced rate. We didn't book shuttles with them so I'm sorry that happened!

im so dissapointed about the Hyatt we used them last july 4th weekend for my sisters wedding and they were great. sorry to hear that they werent a great vendor for you.

Sorry to hear about your issues with Hyatt Place, but we too used them and had no issues. They were more than accomodating. As far as your shuttle issues I would speak with the limo company that you used. Hyatt Place in Garden City didnt offer shuttle service when we spoke to them unless they changed that.

And sorry about La Rosa, we too used them and had no issue.

Otherwise, everything looked amazing! Congrats on your big day!
