your proofs?? oh that's my worst fear. So sorry.

For all my best efforts today, I was too busy at work (due to the upcoming radical changes) and too sad to really come on. A chai latte and Johnny Depp can take me only so far.

And you and Sasha are right, Laurie - tomorrow will be better.

Yep, my proofs. The last thing I was worried about. I'll get over it eventually because I can't wallow in my sadness over it, but since I saw them over the weekend, the disappointment is kind of lingering.

Mel, I'm not sure what happened with your proofs but I can tell you that your feelings are SUPER normal. Most newlyweds hate their proofs or feel let down... but that eventually fades. It's so hard to like them because you remember your wedding as this specif vivid memory of perfection and pictures are so abstract. But I bet that they're wonderful and will live up to your expectations with time. Read the many posts on this on NW. You're not alone!
