Im new and would love help on reception hall

I havent started looking but am trying to narrow my options a little.....we are looking for a saturday night in december and dont want to go over 275 a plate.....can you guys offer some oppinons.....Im Jes by the way .

We've just had some negative experiences due to our situation, and we're trying to avoid drama.
