I really think that girl wanted help finding a rh.
No?
oh, no. We really do need help with this. We've just had some negative experiences due to our situation, and we're trying to avoid drama.
Thank you all for your suggestions. Some of you mentioned places I didn't even know did weddings.
Do you know what location you prefer, nassau, suffolk?

I can see why you want a more open-minded banquet manager....(I checked out your info).
That makes me mad that someone would be rude because of your situation.
What area are you looking into? Nassau? Suffolk? City?

i'm getting married at chateau briand.. but that is pretty much off a main road.. and there is no water or anything really. It didn't bother me much though since i;m getting married in nov. and it will probably be too chilly to hang outside.
I agree with land's end or chateau la mer. There are some really beautiful places.. trying to think of stuff not near a main road though...

Re: Im new and would love help on reception hall
Check out the Venetian Yacht Club - its really pretty and on the water. They can hold a lot of people.
Did you check out Giorgios out in.. umm.. Damn it I cant remember the town.. lol.. Someone help me out. Its out there though, on a really nice golf course. Not sure if a party of 300 is too large for them though. My avatar pic was taken there.
HMMMM.... Atlantica maybe.. again not sure where it is, or if its on a main road.
If you wanna go unique the Atlantis Aquarium in Riverhead is awesome.
Wow i really dont know much aside from JT lol

What about the Garden City Hotel?? I haven't read much about girls getting married there, but I'll be in a wedding there in a few weeks. So I can keep you posted on that too... I've seen the ballroom though, its so beautiful and elegant. Plus they have the rooms for your OOT guests to stay in as well..
