i've been BM dress shopping 4 different times, each time I change my mind what dress I like the best . I was positive I wanted light blue dresses, until some saleswoman the other night kept telling me that 'soft color pallettes' don't photograph well. As of now these are my options, they would be in a light blue color.... i never dreamed this would be harder than finding my own dress.
I like the second one but you would want all girls to have a nice figure.

Re: i'm now just confused...
what does your bridal party think? I had 2 colors in mind (red and lavender) but after seeing my girls in the dresses I knew the lavender worked better.
I was the type of bride that let my bms have a lot of say in their dresses - they picked their own dresses, shoes, etc.

I like the middle one and I think a light blue is a great color. My Jr BM & FG wore light blue.

I have such a range of shapes, sizes and skin colors, ranging from one sister who is less than a size 0, another who is a size 14, one with olive skin, another with pale pale skin. They all look pretty good in the light blue, but i just don't know if i should go with a darker color for pictures.

OMG i am concidering the first one for my bridal party. love it dont know about my colors i am confused on that but anyway....
Lighter colors such as light blue aka baby blue do show up in pictures much lighter sometimes you cannot even tell that it is blue or other pastel colors. you may want to go with peri or a medium blue(every company has different names for there colors)which stands out a bit more. and it will look good on everyone and in pictures.

I am using the 2nd dress by jordan- not only does it look amazing on all my girls ( all diff. sizes by the way) but the colors are so beauitful! Mine are in chocolate. Personally I love pastels and think they would look fine photographed! Go w/ what you want! consider the types of flowers you want too and the shade of your dress!!!

I like the 2nd one. And don't listen to some person who told you they don't photograph well. Thats not true. Mine photographed fine.
I contemplating getting #2 for my BM's as well... but in the Mocha color. But I've seen light blue in photos and I think it comes out well. Maybe you can take a camera with you next time you go and take a picture of a light blue dress to see if you like the way it comes out or not.

I like the second one. It's actually one of the dresses I picked out to show my BMs to see what they think.
