And there's no trans fats, so technically it's healthier than other fast food...I use that as an excuse all the time

Hey I had Mc donalds yeserday! Im fat too!! LOL. I told my self its ok to have it because iam going to the gym! LOL. Like there is anyway i could burn off all those calories ! Fast food is my weakness this week!

i love their chili! i have looked at their nutrition info and it's really not bad for you at all. My grandma likes to make whole wheat pasta and pour Wendys chili over it and that is yummy too
