I'm Offically A Jericho Bride

Hey Ladies.....FH & I booked the Jericho Terrace Yestarday for 8/31/08.....Labor day weekend.I'm so excited... Now I can concentrate on other things! But What? Also, we are going to have our ceremony at Old Westbury Gardens. Its the most beautiful place ever. the best part is, its only 10 minutes from Jericho Terrace! I feel like I found this little treasure. I'm so excited. But its Sunday which is usually my shopping day I need to stick to my buget, even my horoscope said so!

So what do you ladies think I should start shopping around for now? I'm thinking photographer.....

Congrats! Jericho Terrace is beautiful! I would start shopping around now, so you can get the 2006 prices!

CONGRATS! I love hearing about new JT brides!!!

The vendor i booked next was the DJ

Let me know if you need any advice or anything - i am using Patken for Photography - they are right across the street from JT and amazing!

Congrats.... We will have to start a new Jericho Terrace thread.... It feels great to have one thing down...

I have not started looking into anything else yet, but others have told me to keep rolling with the planning... I am just really busy with work, so I will not start looking into anything else until next year. I have Hall, church and DJ only....

Thanks for the love Ladies! When FH walked in the penthouse room for the first time, he said this is it! I Said lets keep looking b/c I want a gardens wedding. the long 14 Day search led us all over LI, N S E W to a bunch of places that just werent right. Saturday we went to look @ Old Westbury gardens, the tears rolled down my face as we walked into the gardens. I said that is it. We left there , drove 7 min down the road, and signed the papers for Jericho! Now I can finally breath

I new Jericho thread is defiantly needed!

I almost booked Old Westbury Gardens for my ceremony too, but I could only have 150 guests

I think you should book your photographer next. That is the next large chunk of your budget (approximately12%)
