Well, it's Friday and DH has to work late tonight so I'm 'hanging out' w/my parents and their friends. We're going out to dinner and a comedy club.

I don't think that's lame at all. I would love to be able to spend some time with my parents. My Mom lives 3000 miles away, I am lucky if I get to see her once a year.

Sounds like fun. I wish my mom would invite me on her social outtings. She definately gets out more than I do.

I'm with you on that one. I said to DH last weekend - when did our weekends become non-stop chores and laundry? What happened to fun???
