Still on a roll....
I just ordered my invites AND called all the church and music people to make sure we are still booked!!!!! Yipppp!!!!
Just went to my local post office here in queens (at work) and got my passport done in 5 minutes.
She took the pic for it... but i think I look like a man!!!!!! I think it makes your face look huge and UGLY!!!!!
WAAAHHHHH....
When I change my name, can I take a new pic or am I stuck with that for 10 years? YUKKKKY

Me too..i look terrible in mine. Just did it, for the honeymoon and then afterwards ill have to go back to change my name. The lady said it was pretty easy to do a name change, not sure if you get to take a new picture.

If you choose to ammend, which you should because it's free, then it's the same exact passport (same pic too). The only thing that changes is that they add a line in the back (looks like a computer scan) and says '-This passport was amended Aug 15 2005 (or the date you do it) to change the bearer's name to read First Middle NewLastName.'

LOL, not another update! You know I have been the same way! Once we got 1 month in the house under our belt, off to the wedding stuff again! I am ordering the favor boxes this week too!
I see you are trying to do as much as possible by Sunday, the 6th month mark

Lisa-Quick question about the invites...I know that they include the inner envelopes which Im fine with since the invitation is tied (Im ordering the 7x7) but then for my size invitation they even dont have the outer lined envelopes. What are you doing? I love the invites so much that I think Im going to order the lined envelopes separately...
ETA: Congratulations on your big progress making!

If you got a stamp in your passport before you changed your name, does the ammended one also have the stamp, or is it blank?

Mine come with just a plain unlined envelope. Not two.
I'm not that crazy over lined envelopes. The invite is so amazing on its own that I feel like it doesn't need it.
You should ask them if they have access to lined envelopes. If not, maybe they can credit you a bit for not using them. Or just use the envelopes they provide as inners if you really want them.
