im proud of myself! LOL

i just did 6 mins which equaled 1 mile on my eliptical machine!

granted it doesnt sound like much, but when you have 2 heel spurs, bad knees, a hip that 'pops' out, sciatica, scoliosis, authritis and 3 herniated discs its a tough work out! (sorry for the misspells)


im going to try and do a little each day and see what happens.

thanks! Having all those problems made me gain an extreme amount of weight!

When i saw what size dress they want to put me in, i figured it was time to get this body moving.

I'll be ok, my chiropractor 'pops' me back into place.
