november 5th is my quit date...wish me luck! i quit about 2 years ago for 9 months and went back...so hopefully this is it...im gonna smoke about 100 cigarettes in the next 2 days lol...ahhh just wanted to share

good luck and congrats on quitting! fh and i are both quitters, although we do have an occasional cigarette when we drink... but i honestly feel so much healthier. i smoked for 5 years and i never thought i could quit, but i knew i had to because of my asthma and fh's heart problems and blood pressure. we both still crave them from time to time, but we both feel much healthier.

Awwww, good luck!!! FH had quit for a year and started up again last year. He just officially quit yesterday as his bday gift to himself. I understand how hard it is, but you'll feel so much better. Good luck

Good luck! It totally ***** but if I can do it with NO will power ANYONE can! I would invest in some sugar free lollipops and some sugar free mints. It gives you something to do with your hands and distract you.
My mom told me (well before I was even engaged) to picture yourself in your beautiful wedding dress, then picture yourself in that same beautiful dress with a cigarette and the ashes drop on accident and burn a hole in your dress! That scared the bajesus out of me, might be good motivation.
