Nature's secret 5-day cleansing fast! Works great if ou are able to east for five days. If not they make a normal cleanse too but I'm not familiar with its results.

Yes, the concept is that we have built up fecal matter in our intestines and a cleanse gets rid of this. Sorry for the grossness!

You could just do the lemonade diet for a few days... not exactly comfortable for those days, but it works!
