I'm REALLY REALLY scared.....

DH is surprising me by making dinner tonight....he's never made anything besides those meals in a bag things...

it's not actually HARD to cook...it's really all just a matter of inclination. maybe he got a domestic bug up his butt...hope it's good!

Awww. that's cute! I don't know about meal in a bag things...but maybe he has been watching the Food network!

I think it's adorable that your DH wants to cook for you! May it be the first of many yummy meals he makes!

Rice cooker? Is that hard to use? I usually just boil it..... (I am so last year)

rice cooker: put in amount of rice(long grain like Carolina or Canilla) (say 2 cups), rinse rice. put in equal amount of water (2 cups), a touch of oil, a dash of salt....hit the button and in 20 minutes you have some good rice. They also steam veggies!

me too! You had me worried.

My FH is making dinner tonight too. He can make the things we always make, he is good at rice. Mostly he can follow instructions & has learned to make what I know how to make, but today he decided he wants to make macoroni & cheese (not from a box!)
so he got a recipe online & everything . . .too cute.
We should compare dinner stories tomorrow.

Shana you crazy girl ! I was also SO VERY nervous to click on this for fear something happened to you or DH!!!

Anyhow, your Dh is so cute! I hope dinner goes well for you later... at least he is trying , much UNLIKE my DH (then again, I don't cook dinner for us either come to think of it .. )
