Went with my mom yesterday to look at a house and we really liked it. I even took tons of pics to show FH since he had to work. He really liked it too. We called today to see if we can do an inspection and put in an offer. The bank says that there's already been an offer and that they had accepted it.
I've been crossing my fingers all day that they don't have enough credit and that the house will be back on the market. is that wrong of me?
if it's one of you girls here that was looking at the house yesterday in middle village, was it you that put in an offer? if so good luck and i'll take back all the bad vibes i'm sending your way.

awww don't worry - until it is in CONTRACT you may still have a chance! Maybe they change their minds or something doesn't go right.......don't give up just yet and if anything, a better house will come your way - if it is meant to be, it will be!!

So sorry! A similar thing happened to my sister and brother-in-law, but they ended up finding a house that they were even happier with. Everything happens for a reason! But I can understand why you're sad... this is the number one thing I am dreading about when we start looking at houses next year. I have no patience and I get my hopes up VERY high and I hate when things fall through. Let's do some voodoo for whoever put the offer in LOL jk!
