Hey ladies - so my wedding is just 4.5 months away and I have about three thousand questions for my hall - was i suppose to get the name and number of a specific person to call over there? were they suppose to reach out to me or is that my job? Do i call the person we booked with.

if you have questions you should reach out to them. If you are comfortable asking the person you booked with, ask them. They will tell you if there is someone else you should be contacting. If you don't have their number, call the sales office of your RH.

You can talk to the person you booked with. When I had general questions I just spoke to whoever they put me on with. When it was contract specific then I talked to who I booked with.
