ok so fox hollow wants a lists of all guests in alphabetical order with the table number they r sitting at...what if someone is bringing a guest and i do not know the name..do i put them under'g' for guest?

also,should i include myself and fh in the list..an just put us at our own table?

also when i give th final count do i include the vendors?

do you need a seperate card for the guest? from what I've seen they put the individual whose name you do know :) and then put & guest.

i would just put it with the person's name

so and so plus guest otherwise you would just have a lot of cards that said guest table 5 and they would have no idea where to go

The list is in case someone takes the wrong escort card. You do not need to include yourself or FH. For the and guests that you do not have names for simply put the name of the person you invited and guest and the table # (Mr. John Smith and guest Table 7).
When you give the final count they will ask you to break it down...Adults, Children and Vendors. Also make sure you count yourself and FH in the final count for adults.

i would put it w/ the person's name, and i would include you and FH in count as well as the vendors

I agree put the person's name 'and guest'.... I know that you pay for FH and yourself, so I would include yourselves on the list and just put a separate category 'Bride and Groom'. And you don't include your vendors in your final count unless you didn't make your min...then you usually do have to count them.
