I'm so disgusted.I went to the stores during lunch and......
I wanted to buy new exercise pants (you know,the baggy ones) & nothing looked right.Then it hit me,its not the pants.Its me that doesn't look right. I've been so bad & haven't been hitting the gym for a while & I see it.

Its a simple equation:
clothes too big = you lost weight clothes too small = they shrunk in the wash
This is how I make it through!
If they're not fitting right in the store, its because they're cut wrong!
