DH just got tickets for me, him and his mother to see Phantom of the opera! We are suprising her and giving her this Mother's Day gift early. She lives in Commack but is coming down to queens to my SIL's house and is staying until Easter Sunday. So my husband came up with this idea for mother's day because my MIL has never seen phantom. I can't wait. We are going Next Saturday! It is my favorit Broadway Show and it will be the third time seeing it but everytime I see it I fall in love with it all over again!

You should definitely go see it because it is so good and I don't know if it's true but I heard that after the summer it will no longer be playing. I'm sure if it's just a rumor but i'm just glad i'll get to see it one more time if indeed it does go.

I know people who said they loved it, and some who hated it. I want to see for myself! The only show I've seen multiple times was Les Miz.

She will be so shocked because she is sleeping over our apartment the night before and it's a saturday matinee so we told her that we are going shopping in the city and when we're walking down the block of the theatre we will surprise her then and tell her where we are really going. It would be nice if we could have treated my mom as well but she doesn't understand much english and would fall asleep because she wouldn't understand...
