I'm so mad

I'm so mad

FH just got home this weekend from being deployed in Afghanistan for a year. He took the Greyhound bus and someone stole his laptop computer. He was scheduled to get on an earlier bus but there was some mix up and he didn't get on that bus but his bags did and when he got to NY and went to get his bags his laptop was gone. All his pictures from Afghanistan were on the laptop and are now gone forever. I'm so mad.

I'm sorry that happened. But to keep things in perspective - you got the most important thing back. The pictures and laptop, in the grand scheme, are not so important.

So sorry! My EX spent 6 mos. in Kuwait and near the end of his deployment there was a FIRE that swept through the whole camp - he lost EVERYTHING including pictures, electronics, sentimental stuff I sent over with him - LIKE MY POUND PUPPY FROM WHEN I WAS LIKE 8! - and ALL the letters I wrote to him. But, thank goodness, he came back in one piece. Hopefully his buddies can send him pics!

I totally agree with you. FH being home safe is the most important thing and what a great Christmas present!!! It's just very frustrating that he was gone for a year serving our country and when he comes home something like this happens. But things can be replaced, people can't and for that I am extremely grateful that he is home.

At least your DH aarrived back home to you safe and sound, thats the most important thing.

I think the KARMA police will be out and will def get the person who took the computer
