I just went to the grocery store and had like 3 bags in my hand plus my pocketbook...I noticed a sewer drain under my tire so i put the tag in my mouth so i could get a grip on my bags before unlocking my doors WELL GUESS WHAT!?!?! I droppped my flippin keys down the drain!!!!!!!! I was purposely trying to avoid it and it happened anyway!!!!!!!! I need my keys backkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: My mom called the town this morning and she told them what had happened....They met her with some sort of truck thingie and were able to scoop my keys out amongst all the garbage....I am sooooo happy!!!!!!!!!! They said the keys were at least 10 feet deep! I will definitely be soaking them in lysol tonight!!!!!!!

This used to happen to me all the time at my parents house. I always used to park over a drain and I repeatedly would drop my cell phone and keys in there. I didnt have a choice though, that was my parking spot. It was horrible!

THAT HAPPENED TO ME!!!! It was a horror to try to get my keys back and actually never did! I had to call someone to come and bring me the extra set of keys. I hope you had a better experience retrieving yours!

UGLY! I have a drain directly in front of my home, and I live in fear that one day I will drop my car or house keys in it. It's actually because of that fear that I had a hundred copies made and hidden everywhere.

Oh mannnnnnnn! Good thing you got them back!!! FH dropped his down the elevator shaft in our apt building once and he had to wait until the following week when they could turn the elevator off and get them back! Pain in the *ss!!

I do the same thing whenever I see a drain!!! That is awesome your mom, go tthem back!!!!! I dropped my work keys into a conduit once, they still sit there to this day!!!!!
