I've been training for the past 2 1/2 months...the most I've ran is 5.5 miles.
Toay I ran the full 6.2 miles. My goal for race day is to do it in under an hour. I did it today in exactly 60 minutes!
I'm so proud of myself, I just wanted to share! I never thought I'd be running races...I used to cut gym class to smoke cigarettes

Congrats...I'm a marathon runner myself...It takes a lot of dedication...Get on the pavement though; the treadmill is a world different then the street....

I def. plan on running a few 3 mile races in March when there's less snow.
