I ran my first 10k! (On the treadmill)
I've been training for the past 2 1/2 months...the most I've ran is 5.5 miles.
Toay I ran the full 6.2 miles. My goal for race day is to do it in under an hour. I did it today in exactly 60 minutes!
I'm so proud of myself, I just wanted to share! I never thought I'd be running races...I used to cut gym class to smoke cigarettes![]()

I actually work by Hewlett!! I work in lawrence...Im always worried about having a running buddy b/c Im afraid ill never be able to keep up lol
