what is the cost of an average honeymoon??? i feel like i have no perspective. we were just quoted 4000 for 11 days in vegas and CA and a car. i cant tell if this is normal or grossly over. argh!!!
*** OK SO...went to travel agent to hammer some things out. went from 4200 to 3600. i know, not a major change but its something. and we have the great trip we have been wanting. i still feel a little apprehensive, but i always feel like this after making a big decision. anyway, thank u guys so much for the help!

We are doing 12 days in Vegas and we were quotes $3200.00.. My Mom paid but that is at the Tahiti Village for the entire 12 days, a CTS Cadillac and we also purchased the Sky walk at the Grand Canon and then we are going to Hoover Dam.. I also believe that includes $200 in chips when we arrive..

Hey, that's STILL $600 in savings! That's spending money or meal money!
Also, I am just like you - we booked our honeymoon on Friday and I was so nervous about it b/c it's so much money. .... But now I'm excited as all heck!!!!! I'm sure you will be too!

We're doing 14 days in Thailand including air, some, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and all excursions for 5K.

Wow! We are going to Thailand as well! It's costing us a bit more then that though..are you going to Bangkok? Where else? I'm so excited! We leave in 14 days
