My mom works for Atkins so I was 'always' on it, but I've Stalled now and its good for maitence as I havent gained in WEEKS and I eat a LOT ..but I need to lose and I think I did best on WW....so wish me luck!!!!

I tried Atkins also, but i felt so unhealthy..at least weight watchers you know that you can eat fruits and veggies and stuff!

Good Luck!!! I was on Atkins and it was a failure. I lost 20 lbs on WW and am a lifetime member. I really think WW can be a permanent lifestyle, where as these other diets cannot . . . You will do great!!!
