A friend of mine from work and I think that we are going to join WW (I need support). Do you find that it works? I feel that I am healthy, eat right and exercise but I just can't lose any weight! I was trying to watch my bad carb intake but my weight loss has stalled. I just wanted some advice as if you think it is worth is to join. Thanks!!

Yes it works for me... It helps me monitor and think about what I am eating bc of the points. I look at it as a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet.
I have lost 14lbs in 4 weeks by following the plan, eating balanced meals and exercising. I don't feel starved or deprived of non-healthy stuff, it's all about moderation.
Joining with a friend is very helpful. Good Luck!

Thanks steph!! I agree with you, I'm not looking at it as a diet, I'm looking at it as a lifestyle change! I think that I eat right but there must be something I am doing wrong because I cannot lose weight. Thanks again! Congrats on lossing 14 lbs!! That is awesome!!

I wish I could have more will power. I'm good for about 2 weeks. i wish I could be better at it. My FI loves me either way. That helps alot.

I think it works. It is just helpful to have some structure, to know what amount you should be eating (i.e., portion sizes) and get support and creative food ideas at meetings. I've been a member for about a year, lost 20lbs and have been able to keep it off. Good luck!
