I'm torn please help!

I'm torn please help!

okay so most of you know my mom recieved a double lung transplant on dec 1st. The road has been really ruff, shes been fighting with rejection of the new lungs and is back in the hospital again. A few weeks back my dress came in and she got to go with me to try it on and it was great. But in the mean time my veil that she bought at the same time as the dress, has been discontinued.. yeah i loved it, and it ***** but i'll just pick a new one, what can i do! when i found out i scheudled an appointment for a while away... figuring she should be home by that time, well time has come and its this sunday and she won't be able to make it... heres what i'm torn about.. she bought it for me and my dress, and not for anything but she has nooooo money but insisted that she had to buy it for me... Do i go ahead with sundays apointment and pick a new one on my own and get it in, in enough time to get a trial done before my wedding or do the right thing and not let her miss out on something she made speacial for me and just take my chances and wait till she's home(will be at least 4-6 more weeks)!! Sorry so long but i'm so torn!! thanks for the help!

You have over 7 months until your wedding, so as far as I can see, you have some time. It seems like it's important to you to have your mother with you for the appointment so in all honesty, I would wait til she was able to go with you...JMO

My veil came in in a week.... I think you have plenty of time. My hairdresser had a veil to use for the hair trial and I didn't even use it to me honest

I think you should wait. You have more than enough time to get a veil made and go for a hair trial. My custom made veil will take about 1 1/2 months.

I hope your mom gets better. I'll be praying for her!!!!

I think you should wait to. That is something special between the two of you. If you are torn.. follow your heart and wait for your mom.

Everything always works out. Dont worry about the time.

awsome! thanks girls.. I'd feel really worng being there without her... and as long as I'll have time! thanks so much i feel a lot better now

I agree. In am sorry to hear about your Mom. By the way is 10/8/07 the right date? That is on a Monday. I am just asking because mine is on 10/6/07, Saturday.
