FH said he would be home by 12 and now its 1:15 I starting to get pissed. should I call him to see where he is?

Hell yeah call him! If youre worried then you shouldnt hesitate. Im sure he's okay. Men are just pains in the asses!

Definitely! I think a 15 minute late rule is reasonable - if I don't hear from FH within 15 mins of the time he's supposed to be back, I call him.
