Hey everyone! So now that one thing is checked off my list, I have a million and five other things to do!! It took me until halfway through my RH search to realize that prices are pretty negotiable (duh), are photographers, djs and flowers negiatble too?? Thanks :)

You can negotiate on pretty much anything!!! There is no harm in asking too.

We did on everything except our flowers (only b/c we felt they were dirt cheap in comparison to other places).
If we didnt' get $$ off we got things thrown in for free. Never hurts to ask

Yeah I'm new at the negotiating too. I was told over the phone a price for an RH and it was $15-20 more than my other 2 RH'si was lookibg at and I was SO disappointed because this place was my favorite look wise ( i haven't tasted any food yet) My mom told me to make an appointment and tell them the other places are cheaper and see what they say. Wednesday is when I will be doing that. Pray for me :o)

On my RH, I didn't negotiate per se, but we did get things thrown in (wedding cake, extra buffet items, etc)
We negotiated on: my dress (saved many hundreds of dollars), the wedding bands (many hundreds), the limo (a few hundred), the flowers (a few hundred), and the rehearsal dinner (got alcohol thrown in). For the photogs, we did add things and switch things without increasing the price.
We did not negotiate the DJ, as the price was super low to begin with and was exactly what we had budgeted.
By the way, your wedding is on my birthday! It is a great day!!!

Hope everything went well!! I saw that if you can guarantee a certain amount of people they definitely work with you A LOT! Don't book right away, let them sweat a little :) We were able to negotiate a lot and got what we wanted! Hope you got the price you wanted!!

You can negotiate anything worst case scenario.. they say no and x is the lowest they can go.
