impatient question for duet brides

I got my e-pics done two weeks ago from duet and was wondering how long everyone waited for them??
i really want to see how they came out!

For epics the turnaround is 4 weeks. its their high season and I know for wedding pics its at 8 weeks now. I am at the 4 week mark with nothing.

I waited about 2 weeks but my wedding was the same month we took the epics so they rushed them.

mine took 2 weeks but i have heard other girls have waited 4-6 weeks depending how busy the photog is during that time.

We took ours about 3 weeks ago, and were told that this is the busy season, so it takes about 6 weeks. Plus if you check their website, they are updating their server, which is causing some slight delays.

We took ours last week w/ TJ and he told us 8 weeks!!! He said they are really backed up I'm so impatient...I'm trying not to think about it!

TJ told us 8 weeks on the day we took them.

then when i emailed sue a question about picking them up in their city office, she said 4-6 weeks.

so im hoping for 4 weeks.

What did Sue say about picking them up in the city office???? I want to do the same thing if they let you!

I took them this time last year and I had mine in 1 week. I also had my wedding pics in less than 2 weeks. THey recently told me the video wouldn't be ready til the 25th of Oct but I picked it up last week. Every time they tell me a time frame I always get a cal way before the time frame is up

same with me. Ive called them a million times and last time i callled, eric told me that they are upgrading their computer programs so it might take about 8 weeks and that the pics will be well worth the wait for their improved quality.
bah i cant wait any longer!

What did Sue say about picking them up in the city office???? I want to do the same thing if they let you!

She said it was totally fine. that when they call or e-mail me when they are ready, to remind them we want to pick them up in the city.
