Does this happen to everyone? Or can you still be pregnant and not have the bleeding?

One of the girls I work with got it and then again one of the other girls I work with didn't get it with either pregnancy.

I did - I had it for about a day a few days before AF was supposed to show up. Then when she didn't show I took a PG test a day after she was supposed to come and I got the big old positive.
