That monstrocity of a cake is coming out of my freezer! I think I am more excited to have the freezer space back than to actually eat it. Honestly, I am afraid of what it's going to taste like.

Yay Hollie!! It might not be soo bad...When I was rearranging our freezer the top of our container came off. I snuck a taste of the icing & it was still good...
I am thinking of getting a replica made of ours just in case it is horrible!

Hollie, I would take the cake out tonight or before you go to work tomorrow. At least put it in the fridge to defrost. I would also buy another cake to much on should this not taste so hot

I would be the same way if I saved my cake b/c I cannot stand to have extra things in my freezer.

I ate mine in the week that followed my wedding.
I can order one nice and fresh from the bakery....I like freshly whipped creme.
