That monstrocity of a cake is coming out of my freezer! I think I am more excited to have the freezer space back than to actually eat it. Honestly, I am afraid of what
it's going to taste like.

Ha!!!!! I actually had a calendar count down that said :'X days until the freezer is MINE'

DH thought I was nuts
Hollie - I thought the same thing about the taste. The frosting itself was pretty nasty, but I wrapped it up real good and the cake inside was still moist, it actually tasted good. I took it out of the freezer and put in the fridge 2 days before we ate it. And it thawed out really nicely.

I think DH and I are going to have a small version of our cake made by a bakery that we love.

I can't believe it's been one year!

That is too funny! I have can not wait to get it out of my freezer also!!!

I ate mine in the week that followed my wedding.

I can order one nice and fresh from the bakery....I like freshly whipped creme.

please - I dug into ours 2 days after the wedding - we were so trashed, I ate it still frozen!!! Theres some left though - but we are moving... Not sure if DH will want us to move it to the next freezer....
