I will be a homeowner!!!

We are closing on a summer house in Smallwood Lake, NY. (Just in time, before the property value skyrockets because of the casinos.) I am so nervous. I just can't wait for it to be over.

Three bedrooms/1 bath ranch five minutes walking distance from the lake.

I can't wait for it to be all over with...

No..she is not moving upstate. This will be her summer house. She better not move up there. I would miss her!

It's all over!!!! Thank you all, I guess your good wishes went worked...

The house is in Sullivan County, close to the New Paltz area and the original Woodstock. It's two hours from the city. The casinos will be there within 5 years, and it's walking distance from the lake. I can't wait to have a baby now!!!
