In Contract!

I'm in contract for my house. Closing won't be until November, and I think that's a good thing because it gives us time to save more money.

Here is the house. I'm so looking forward to just relaxing on the patio, since where we rent now, there's nowhere you can hang out outside with privacy.

Congrats!

I should be right behind you (probably signing next week).

Thanks. Here, I'll post pics! It's a split level, so there's a living room, dining room, kitchen on the main floor, a den and a full bath on the lower floor that goes out to patio, and three bedrooms and a full bath on the upper floor.
