Please help my wedding is in a month and a half and I still have not yet ordered my bands. I'm looking for a place that will custom make your rings. I was using Elsa but when I met with her today her price just shot up an extra thousand which really annoyed me...so help girls I am desperate. I think I will try the diamond district this weekend.....anyone know of a good place?

Re: In desperate search of a good jeweler
My jeweler.
Many from here have been to him, loved him & bought. He sells wholesale.
We had our bands custom made.
He is worth the trip.

Re: In desperate search of a good jeweler
I LOVED my jeweler in NYC - he gave us a great deal and was fabulous to deal with. I had my ring appraised by two independant jewelers and they said it was an incredible deal and they did great work.
They are one of the biggest in the diamond district. PM if you want the name (I love them so much but do not want to make it look like i work for them. I just know how stressed I was and didn't know whom to trust so now that I found this guy - I'll never go anywhere else!)
Louis LaRocca at A&A Jewelery - right near Jennbab's jeweler - I think he is at 68 Bowery Right |Window...I'll see if i can find his card with the exact address & number

Re: In desperate search of a good jeweler
my parents have been going to these people for years - they used to have a small shop in queens but have since moved to a larger one in the green acres mall - on the second floor at the top of the escalator - POST JEWELERS - we got my engagement ring there and my parents bought their weddings rings and every peiece of jewelery they own there...usually i am not one for mall jewelers but they are awesome - stacy is the owner with her husband (such a cute couple!) and their sons work there too...we grew up with them! if you need further info fm me....
also, what happened with else - we are supposed to get our bands there...if you don't want to post, please fm me...now i am concered she will do the same to me!

I don't know where you are from, but ecoline in Port Jefferson has a huge selection and they will customize for you.
