In Dire Need of Advice - Reception Card wording

we are odering invites this week and i am stumped in re: reception card wording. we are having a mass at the church at 3:00 and then a tented beach reception (cocktail hour) at 5:00. i would like to somehow mention that the reception is outside (not a hall). The llocation includes the word beach, but some people may still think that it is an inside facility.

any advice?

maybe:

join us by the bay for cocktails and reception
five o'clock

location

That's a tough one. I like what you've written so far! How about...

Join us for an outdoor reception by the bay

Or, if you have an alternate location in case of inclement weather, you can mention where that is on the reception card. That way, your guests will put two and two together and realize that the first location is outdoors.

anything capitalized???

then what??

time
location

OR

location
time

i would think the time would have to go first otherwise it would read at location at time. too many 'at'' time first would read at five o'clock then location listed below.

right?
