In honor of my 1,000th post, I'd like to reintroduce myself.

My name is Kelly and I'm known for my sarcasm. My FH and I share the same sense of humor, hence the April 1st wedding date. Neither of us is originally from Long Island, but you go where the job takes you.

We are both degreed meteorologists. He is still in his field and I have expanded to other jobs in the TV field. (Yes, I was one of those of those weather girls you saw on the news. The pay is horrific and getting ready for two hours to look 'TV pretty' wasn't worth the time, or the stalkers.) I moved on to bigger and better things in TV. FH was lucky and never pursued the TV route.

I wish I could go to GTG and meet some of you. But there hasn't been one on a day that I wasn't working. I am totally stressed right now as the invitations are out and we're in the homestretch. Many of you have been kind with your prayers for my health and I appreciate you all for your advice. I do love FMing with people!

Whenever my FH and I hit a wedding snag, he always says 'ask the girls on the website'. You are all the greatest! Here's to many years of happiness!!!!!!!!

Very nice to meet you, Kelly! I'm a self-proclaimed weather geek. I studied Atmospheric Science/Meteorology in college for two and a half years, then changed my major over to Marketing when calculus got in the way of my dream! But I've always wanted to be a meteorologist (working out in the field, kinda like your fiance is), so I think it's so awesome that you are.
BTW, I once contemplated creating a screename: DartLeader. LOL!
