WE are homeowners! It took 2 hours of just signing! It was bittersweet for us, considering it was my parents house and they both passed away, but it is ours. I kept to my dads wishes and kept the house. I wore my moms ruby ring and my dads chain today. Ironically we closed on almost the same day they did 30 years ago! It is nice to say these are OUR 4 walls with not having to owe my sister money.

Make sure you have a pen handy, you will be signing your signature more than you have signed your signature in your lifetime.
