i didn't really care for them (jack is who we met). I drove over and hour and a half to get there (they knew i was coming that distance) for what was supposed to be a viewing of a video, etc. All he did was show us the price list! He also was putting down is 9year old son for striking out at his little league game that morning! I didn't like his attitude or the way they worked. He just kept telling us that they are soooooo good and that is why you don't pay in full up front! I am using Bravura entertainment - Anthony is one of the owners. tell him karen & frank who's wedding is at the woodbury cc in october told you about him! He is really nice and does good work. I didnt' really care for them either.

I had scheduled an appointment to meet with them on a Friday afternoon. I had a job interview early that morning which ended up running a little late, so I grabbed food on the way home to pick up FH to go to meet them. Well, whatever was in my lunch made me violently sick and we missed the appointment. 15 minutes after we were supposed to be there, the receptionist calls my house and starts b****ing at FH about how 'irresponsible' we are and how it's important to keep appointments and all sorts of nonsense.

Needless to say I didn't bother calling them back!

I don't want to assume they'd be horrible to use but I wasn't happy with their customer service.

wow I am so glad I asked. They called me with info they that I won some money off my entertainment package but the whole thing sounds hokey.

I met with them. I didn't have a good feeling there. I wish I could explain it better, but they just were not for me.

I have to say, they did call me once after I met with them and I told them I booked with someone else. They asked who, which was a little awkward to me, but when I told them who it was, he only had nice things to say about them.

they keep calling me. I dont have a DJ yet and I finally just told them yea I have one so they will leave me alone. Then whoever it was asked who I choose and I told her none of your D@mn business and hung up the phone.

I dont like their cold calling and being rude on the phone.

they keep calling us too (for months at this point!)- we didn't like them very much and went with tony from bravura too, jus tlike karen - you could say deirdre and mike sent you too...we are getting married in novmeber at jericho terrace...maybe if you say you know us both then he'll give you a good discount!!!

We met with them and almost booked with them, but then found someone else. I didn't find them rude at all, but I was a little annoyed that all they did was go over a price list with us.

They did call us a couple of times, but no more than a lot of the other vendors that we met with.
