In your relationship...

who likes to stay up late/ who goes to bed early?
Who wakes up early/ who wakes up late?

FH and I are totaly waking up/bed time opposities!!!!

I was just talking to FMIL she was asking for my help next saturday. Before she hung up she said FH wanted to talk to me. I told her I would call him when we hung up (she was on her cell) I called, no answer... She calls me back. FH is sound asleep and snoring (it was 930pm tonight) haha

So it got me thinking about how FH and I are so different as far as sleeping habits go and such..

I will roll out of bed the latest I possibly can, giving myself just enough time, so i'm not late. At night I like to stay up late. I usually hit the hay about 11-12 depending if I'm wrapped up in an episode of law & order.

FH on the other hand... gets up at 430-5 am to go to the gym then get showered and ready for work. And often he will be in bed by 9-930 the latest

I just told FMIL that if FH thinks he is going to wake me up at 5am in the morning because he is going to the gym Im going to kick his butt!! haha.

So.. after that long explaination.. anyone else total wake up/bed time opposites with FH?

I'm the early to bed, early to rise one in this relationship. I am tired by 8pm but force myself to stay up until 10/10:30. My FH stays up until 1 or 2am. I get up by 7 on weekdays and 9 at the latest on weekends. I get lonely/bored by noon and wake my FH up on weekends! He's a lazy bum! I do get a lot accomplished while he sleeps though!!!

FH gets up at 11 and goes to bed LATE!!!!

LOL i stay up late every night!!! im usually doing work or on the computer until about 1-2 am......FH is sleeping by 11 bc he goes home and has nothing to do but watch sports.....i love to sleep late....same here with the waking up at the last possible minute....on my one day off a week i love to sleeeep late....good thing im a heavy sleeper so when we are married i kno that FH wont wake me up when he gets up...lol

Im really bad on work days.. i have to be our of bed at 530 and in the car by 620, on the weekends Ill be out of bed by 930 the latest. I guess I dont want to waste away my days off hehe On the weekends FH will 'SLEEP LATE' I dont call 7:30 late hahaha.. i guess to him it is! haha

I just hope that FH and I get on more of a schedule that matches when we get married. Because I know now when we are together if hes going to sleep than I do too.. but I like watching my shows at night!

I LOVE my sleep! I like my 8 hours! FH is good with 5-6 hours, he stays up later than me.

I love to stay up really late (like 1) but then I have to wake up early (like 5:15) so I'm always exhausted and I catch up with naps and on the weekend. FH is working overnight right now, so he takes naps at work (lucky him!) and sleeps for like 4-5 more hours during the day. So our sleep schedules are totally opposite and totally messed up! Sometimes we get to nap together though. But if given the choice, we both love to go to bed late and sleep late, that's the best.

were pretty much the same but i do stay up a little later than he does on weekdays sometimes. Most of the time we go to bed at the same time, but there are times when he passes out between 11pm-12 and ill stay up a lil longer. Then again theres times ive passed out and he stayed up so its pretty even though. We both have to wake up at the same time in the morning...WEekends We usually wake up at the same time but sometimes ill sleep longer lol

we both go to bed between 12am-1am on weekdays and wake up around 6:30am

I'm up EARLY, I hate it but I can't sleep, I'm like a grandma. FH is the opposite. He likes to sleep in but I like to wake him up because I get bored, he hates it and gets really mad, lol.

we both like to stay up late on our own computers when we are home.
or watch tv in bed together.
Sunday nites are the best for TV, desperate housewives, sopranos, entourage

But we both like to sleep late on the weekends, but if we have something to do we will wake up for it

I stay in bed in the morning until the last possible second. It doesnt take me that long to get ready.. FH needs atleast and hour and a half. He says he cant rush to get ready.

I also stay up late, watching movies, tv, or sitting on the computer, and he is ready for bed at around 10.

we are opposites.

I am up from about 6:30am - 1am on the weeknights. Not much sleep, and so I'm always tired at work.
FH, when given the opportunity, can sleep almost all day. It's actually kind of annoying... since we only see each other on weekends, I like to wake up relatively early and do things - errands, etc, or just hang out and spend time with him. But he's exhausted from school, working out 5x a week, and the drive from Boston, that's the only time he has to catch up on zzz's.
But alas, this is how it's going to be for a while so I guess I'm used to it.

omg FH gets so annoyed i am like a child - i have to be in bed by EXACTLY 11PM. If I have nothing to do and he isnt coming over - i have actually gone to bed at 7pm! I love my sleep. I have to wake up early (5:30AM) during the week. . . on the weekend i can sleep until 2PM
I have a sleep sounds machine and sleep with a gel mask on - seriously if i didnt have to get up to pee i think i could sleep 24 hours lol

FH can go to bed at any time but he likes his sleep too! While I am OKAY when i get up for work he is MISERABLE! lol so NOT a morning person!

FH and I are already like two little old people. We both wake up pretty early, no later than 7:30-8:00am. And durring the week were both pretty much passed out on the couch at 9. Its so sad. LOL

Trust me, I wish I could go to sleep that early!!! I would probably be a more pleasant person LOL
For some reason I'm always wired at night (and LIW doesn't help!).

Plus my fave show goes on at 11:30pm every night - Cobert Report!!!

we are both teachers in brooklyn so we both go to bed pretty early (usually by 10- im up late tonight! ahh lol) and we get up somewhere between 5-5:30am uhh

on the weekends tho- im up early..usually by 8am..and he'll sleep until like 11
