inclusive wedding venue packages

Okay so I'm hearing that a lot of places are doing these 'all inclusive' wedding packages. What do the following places include and exactly how much do they cost. FM me if need.

Sunset Harbour

The Douglaston Manor

Thatched Cottage

Also tell me if I shouldn't even look into one of these... if its really outdated/old or just a little dingy, etc. Thanks in advance.
