Incompetence!!!

I was expecting a package to be delivered at work today so I go down to the security guard this morning and tell them there will be a package coming for Mrs H and gave them a few extensions if I am not at my desk. Dont you know they sent it back because there was no phone # on the package and didnt know who to call! When I went to security to complain there was my note with the phone # sitting on the desk right in front of him!!! WTH?????
I am so pizzed right now!!
