Any suggestions on where we could take our e-pics ? It's way too cold outside. We are scheduled with TJ to take them next Tuesday. I'm pretty upset with myself that I didnt take time off to do this while the weather was still nice Now, it's come to the point to either getting crappy pics in the studio or nothing at all. Being that it was part of my package, I figured I'd rather the dumb studio than nothing at all. Do any of you have any advice on any indoor place we could take our pics at? Does anyone even remember what the DUET studio looked like in Huntington? help !

Maybe you can ask if they can do day after wedding pics? This way you have a better chance of enjoying the photoshoot as opposed to going through with it for the sake of.

Re: indoor e-pic help
I took my pics the weekend after Thanksgiving and it was cold and rainy so we had to come up with some indoor alternatives on the spot. We ended up taking some in Starbucks and at the mall. We took some outside, but only a few for a very short time because of the weather. Check them out if you want to get an idea of how it looks.
I don't know if you have a distance restriction with your e-pics, like if you get charged outside of a certain radius, but if you don't, I would consider going out to Greenport. It's outdoors, yes...but they have an ice skating rink set up on the harbor by the carousel, and it's so pretty over there. You could even take some really great shots on the carousel, which is covered.

Not sure where you live but maybe you can try the Holtsville Ecology Center....they have a greenhouse and it's decorated for Christmas...there's greenery, a section with a little pond, a little brick 'courtyard' and there is even a fireplace for the holiday.

My co worker had hers done at the museum of natural history, then they took some down by the subway and grand central station.

Thats a great idea. You couls even go to Bryant Park for the ice skating rink/little shops around teh rink then make your way to a museum or even if you have a favorite restuarant to take photos in too that would be so cute. The city has tons of options
