Inexpensive flowers?

Inexpensive flowers?

I was wondering if anyone knew where to get flower arrangements that are beautiful, but inexpensive. This is for the centerpieces. Any ideas? Here are some of the centerpieces I was looking at. If we can not find reasonable flowers, we will have to go with candles.

I hear Flowers by Emil is really reasonable and so is Jenn Blossoms. If you want to buy your own, you can always go down to the flower market (in Chelsea) and buy wholesale flowers - so much cheaper, yoou would just have to arrange them yourself. There are also sites that you can go to and buy flowers. Check out Nadine's site: Budget Vendors
Good luck!

You may want to consider Atlantic Florists..they are very reasonable, actually one of my friend's contracted them for her wedding last spring...beautiful flowers and very reasonable...we are thinking about going with them...FM if you want more details!

try a local florist, not one that specializes in weddings.....they can do the same arrangements.

That is what we did, but I don't know how much I paid since MIL insisted on paying and using her family florist

I highly recommend 'By the Bunch' located in Moriches. They are soooo talented. I am working with Jennifer who is a doll. Her mother owns the shoppe and her mom has been in businesss for years and is meticulous about ordering from the best growers in Europe, etc. You will never have to worry about flowers not looking fresh, or worse, looking wilted or dead on your wedding day. My family has used them for years and they have gorgeous, beautiful arrangements and are very affordable! The cheapest I have seen, and I'm telling you their flowers are gorgeous. That's who I am using. If you call there, ask to speak with Jennifer and tell her I sent you and remind her that her sister Rebecca (who also works there) used to work for Laura (my mom) in her antiques store. She is located in Moriches which is pretty close to East Wind. The shoppe is called 'By the Bunch' in Moriches. I don't have their number handy but if you look her up, you'll find her with no problem! Good luck! Ooh-I just found her number-631-874-2180.

okay, this may sound kind of wierd, but someone suggested this to me and i may be using htem. try a local grocery store, king kullen, with their own flower shop. they usually work with you and are very inexpensive.

My florist was very affordable and I loved my centerpieces, Lisa Otis - Tributes Florist - located in Medford, LI.
