we just had a party at annabella's on Main Street in Farmingdale, I think it meets your qualifications....they do parties on Sundays, they have a dance floor-- the only problem is they get booked quickly--(we were considering haveing an e-party there)
We had our rehearsal dinner at the Bavarian Inn on Lake Ronkonkoma. Not sure what area you were looking. It was $25 pp and they have several rooms (it's can be one big room or several smaller rooms) and I believe there was a dance floor. You maybe able to get a cheaper price per person depending on the food you want.

Try PaPa Joes in Commack. We had our rehearsal dinner there. I dont remember the price exactly but it wasnt very expensive. We had a private room and the food was good. They advertise on this board. Good Luck
