Inexpensive shower location needed

I'm a bridesmaid in my FSIL's wedding this September. Her Matron of Honor and I will be hosting her shower in late July or early August. We'd love any suggestions for an inexpensive place in Western Nassau County or Queens.

Matron and I are covering the expense, hence the need to keep the price down.

I did an at home garden party shower last year for my cousin...it saved us about $700 if that's an option for you guys.

We were considering this but what about all the rentals (chair, tables, linens, etc.) I thought it might actually add up to more.
