If any of you are on a tight budget like me you know that every penny counts. My advice is to check out craigslist. if you search your area with the keyword 'wedding' in the topic 'services' you'll be amazed at what you'll find! There are photogs, beauticians, officiants...everything you need from people offering great deals. Whether they are new companys or private people...its worth checking out. My girlfriend found a makeup artist this way. She was a new artist and said she'd do the make up for free if she was allowed to use her photos in a portfolio! It's worth checking out...you may find something great! Good Luck!

Re: INEXPENSIVE VENDORS?
Please be weary of who you choose. I am on an extremely tight budget. Craiglist is awesome for ideas but watch the vendors! We got burned on our first choice of photographer because we decided to go cheap. We went looking on Craigs for our second choice. I talked to someone and he seemed nice enough. Spoke of teaching Sunday school. We met with him. My FH caught onto the fact that he didn't have a mailing address and he met us at our house. We didn't book, obviously. I think he sensed our concerns and reservations and called back a few days later and told us someone booked with him for that day. DON'T HAVE A PHOTOGRAPHER COME TO YOUR HOME! You need to know where they are located and that they are going to be around for the big day and most importantly-for the pictures. Make sure that they have insurance, this guy didn't. Anyone can post on Craigs. It is free. It is a great service and I use it all the time, just be cautious.
