Inexpensive wedding dresses?

Can anyone recommend stores (besides David's Bridal) that carry inexpensive wedding dresses? I'm looking to spend $1k max. Preferably in Nassau.

I went to The Bridal World in Baldwin. Jeanine was amazing. My dress was $1200, so a little over your budget, but not too bad.

I haven't gone shopping for dresses yet but another bride on here told me about the bridal outlet in farmingdale. I hear their prices are good

Not in Nassau, I went to RK Bridal in the city. I spent $650 on my dress. I also had the added challenge of being plus size. They have lots of dresses and are willing to work in your budget. I didn't get a chance to look at the off the rack section, but it looked like they had things there too.

It's in the city, but the Anthropologie bridal store, BHLDN has beautiful dresses around $1K. I am torn between 2 dresses there and will definitely buy from them. It definitely depends on what look you're looking for though...they don't really have traditional type gowns.

You may also want to keep your eye out for bridal sample sales, if you have the patience for it!

Spent $700 on mine but after tax alterations and bustle it's $1200..bridal suite in bayshore

Mine was $1125 at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore.

I know you said Nassau, but Fantasia in Rocky Point had a lot for pretty cheap.

I'm looking at dresses on preownedweddingdresses.com because I don't want to spend much. I also love BHLDN and J. Crew dresses, both fairly affordable.

look into Maggie sottero gowns. They are the same price in any store. I was told this in more then one place they don't allow series that carry Thierry dresses charge a different price. The average cost is 1000 mine was $1195 but it was lace abs lots of bling. Also check mori lee very reasonable too!
