Looking to do every other pew at the church, make a wreath, add two bouquets on pedestals at the front of church. What is an inexpensive white flower?

I've seen nice designs using baby's breath. I'm going to use the fake version for my pew bows haha.
Did you check with you church to make sure you can do this? I know mine told us we cannot put any flower arrangements on the alter and said we cannot adhere anything to the pews. We have to use rubberbands or something
